The National Federation of House Owners in Norway (Huseierne)
The National Federation of House Owners in Norway (Huseierne) is a nationwide consumer organization for owners of private homes (both houses and flats), condominiums and housing cooperatives. The membership also covers holiday cabins. We also organize landlords.

Who we are and what we do
Huseierne works actively to safeguard homeowners' rights in relation to the authorities. Among other things we seek to have laws and regulations customised to homeowners needs, and furthermore we work towards lowering taxes and fees on privately owned homes.
Members receive legal and technical building advice for free.
Through our partners we offer valuable discounts that can help each member save substantial amounts of money when buying goods and services connected to housing. This covers insurance, alarm systems, electricity, services by craftsmen, building materials, valuations etc.
Huseierne's membership magazine, Hus & Bolig (House & Home), offers four annual issues free of charge. The magazine is distributed to the home address of our members.
Huseierne is organised in 17 district offices, which monitor local government and help our members where they live. Our main office is located in Fred Olsens gate 5 in Oslo.
